I have been in business management and ownership since the mid-seventies.  From startup and management of a successful farm cooperative, to sales representative for a national agricultural chemical company – all while owning and operating an aerial application business. 

     Other business ventures I have been involved in include owning a convenience store at the North Gate of LSU and owning and operating an award winning restaurant in Baton Rouge that was mentioned in the book “A Guide to the Best Restaurants in America”.

     My official real estate career began in 2001.  Quickly finding my “calling”, I moved up to real estate broker in 2001.  I am proud to now be the broker/owner of Real Estate America, L.L.C. which was established in 2006 to serve your residential, commercial or industrial needs.

     My name is Raynell Liotta-Siener, an Ascension parish native and resident.  I graduated from LSU in 2001 with a degree in Human Resource Management.  I am a former teacher who taught in Livingston parish for 3 years before deciding to pursue a career in Real Estate.  I have been representing buyers and sellers since July of 2004.  I love my dream  job as a Realtor.  I am a patient, loyal, hard working agent who is looking out for others needs and wants from start to finish and beyond the sale.  The majority of my clients are family, friends and referrals.  Allow me to represent you in your real estate needs today.  I am here when integrity matters.

     Drena hails from both White Castle and Denham Springs having family roots in Addis, Donaldsonville and Bayou Pigeon. Drena began her work career in Mississippi at Peaster Tractor Company as a bookkeeper followed by a stint at the White Castle Fertilizer Co-op in the same capacity. She later worked for many years as bookkeeper and co-owner of Ourso Farms, Inc. as well as Ourso Properties, LLC. She has been a Louisiana Notary Public in the parish of Iberville for many years as well. Early retirement left her enjoying being the daycare provider for her two grandchildren until the youngest entered school.

     As co-founder, co-owner and manager of a property holding company, Drena has extensive personal experience in the pursuit and purchase negotiations of farmland and recreational property. As a result, Drena decided to go in the direction of real estate sales to fill the next phase of her life completing her formal training at Burke Baker School of Real Estate and becoming a licensed realtor. She looks forward to this challenge with a commitment to remain as honest and caring for her clients as she would her own family.
